Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only for:
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
  • Defective item

Non-Returnable Items

• Perfumes and personal care items
• Innerwear products
• Used or damaged products by customer

Refunds

• After the returned item is inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Exchange

• Exchange is available only for damaged or wrong products.
